The Pre-filter is uniquely designed for the Synergy Science Home Filtration System. It is the first step in your 3 step filtration system known as the Synergy Science Home Filter where your source water coming into the home will be uniquely filtered from harmful toxins and over abundant minerals in your water.
As your water passes into the Synergy Science Home Filter, it will pass through this pre-filter and into the main filtration unit where things like pesticides, pharmaceutical drugs, heavy metals, chlorine, chloramines, fluoride and hundreds of other harmful chemicals will be filtered.
Due to its pore size of 20 micron, it is designed to filter out silt and sediments commonly found in your city or source water. The pre-filter works to provide longevity and protection to the main filter.
